The purpose of outreach at Light of Christ is to glorify God through missions, service, education, and fellowship.
Again Jesus spoke to them saying, "I am the light of the world, whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life."

OUR MISSION:
To engage the community, we host special events and bible studies that underscore the love of Jesus Christ for all people. Such events are published in local news outlets. All are welcome.

As we grow in faith, we take the love and light of Christ to our local community and beyond. Many local agencies - some listed below - are touched with financial support and parishioners' active participation in order to spread the Good News of the Gospel.

Our Prayer
Almighty God, we pray that You will bless our work in prayer, mission and ministry in the world. Help us to pray fervently, labor diligently and give liberally to make known the power of your love given through your son Jesus. Let us not forget the lessons from the past nor fear the challenges of the future. Anoint us with your grace and shine in our hearts as we reflect your light throughout the world. AMEN.
